TOS (Terms of Service)

• I hold the right to decline a commission for any reason.• I am open to most things in terms of NSFW work, but ask before commissioning me!• You will be given a copy of the piece with a signature or watermark, and I will hold the rights to the artwork. If you need a version without a watermark, or need to purchase commercial rights for monetization of commissioned artwork, you must reach out to me.• Feel free to post your art anywhere you like, with PROPER CREDIT, via tagging me or linking back to my profile.• You will receive sketches and WIPS ("Work in Progress" pictures) throughout the process. Please point out any changes before the commission is completed. I will only make ONE change after completion, each additional change will require payment at a rate of my discretion.• Once a piece is completed, I can no longer offer a refund. Partial refunds may be given out on a case-by-case basis, but will be given at my discretion. Once sketches have been completed, I am unlikely to issue a refund, but I am willing to tweak the sketch to fit your vision. If you disagree with this and file a chargeback, you will be blacklisted from all future commission work and I will warn my community and other artists about your behavior.• I will communicate with you directly if any IRL issues cause a delay in your commission. If you are unwilling to give me grace in my circumstances, you will be blacklisted from future commissions once your commission is complete or refunded.• Please keep in mind that I am a human, not a machine, and that art is a very personal and creative process. I try to stick to the order commissions are received, but if I am experiencing art block on a piece, I may move on to others and come back to work on the piece I am struggling with at my choosing. This is my creative process and will be respected. I will not issue a refund due to me working on other people's commissions before yours, regardless of when the order was placed.• Comms without a deadline will be worked on in an order of my choice depending on my inspiration. I require a deadline up front, or a written statement that there is no deadline.• By commissioning me, you are acknowledging that you have read my TOS and will abide by it.

Payment

• I require full payment upfront, before a commission begins. If this is not feasible, I will be willing to take half payment upfront for a 5%, nonrefundable fee.
• Payment plans are available for commissions greater than $50, but MUST be discussed before a project begins.
• Payment will be made via PayPal's "Goods and Services" option.
